well for male character in decto their voice is different when they r kid and adult like amuro , conan / shinichi , etc. but for female character it just same like vermouth when she is sharon , mary before and after shrunk and haibara before and after shrunk

Except Kuroba Kaito - he has Yamaguchi Kappei (same as Shinichi) at 7 and 17 years old.

before the 'Magic Kaito 1412' TV series animated by A-1 Pictures aired 24 episodes from Oct 4, 2014 to Mar 28, 2015 the only time Kuro showed up was in 12 Det.
